Users gain extensive access to continuously updated information regarding construction pipeline projects, announced renovations, brand conversions, sales transactions, and operational hotel records, all accompanied by decision-maker contact details relevant to any global region or market.

Key Features:

• Client Dashboard:

  The dashboard keeps users informed of newly added and updated property records. It allows tracking of selected properties via a Watch List, and offers organizational tools with Actions and Notes. Users can follow trends in their territory through a variety of visual displays available in the Chart Gallery and can access custom-built searches alongside saved searches for relevant properties.

• Property Activity:

  This feature allows users to view and access new and updated records within their designated territories.

• Watch List:

  This tool simplifies the monitoring of properties that are strategically important for planning. Users receive notifications regarding updates on project stages, start dates, decision-maker contacts, and more, as soon as these details become available. Properties can easily be added to the Watch List by selecting the eye icon on a record, which results in a manageable list for review.

• Actions and Notes:

  This functionality enables users to manage projects effectively while maintaining a clear view of their business pipeline. Users can add notes on individual property records and convert any note into an action by scheduling follow-up dates. Email or in-app notifications can be set for properties requiring further attention.

• Search:

  User-friendly search capabilities allow for targeted searches based on criteria, keywords, or proximity filters. Search parameters can be adjusted and sorted as needed. Properties are viewable in a summary or detailed format and on an interactive map. All searches can be saved for future use.

• Quick Find:

  This feature allows users to conduct searches across the platform with any keyword string, returning matches from projects, hotels, companies, and contacts.

• Saved Searches:

  Users can save search criteria crucial to their business strategy. By accessing any saved search from the dashboard, they receive updated records that align with their predefined criteria.

• Mapping:

  This tool provides an easy way to visualize selected properties or companies on an interactive map. Properties can be filtered by chain scale, record type, project stage, room count, and franchise affiliation. Users can click on property pins for detailed information or to add them to their Watch List or create notes.

• Chart Gallery:

  The Chart Gallery presents a comprehensive array of graphical representations of industry trends within users' territories to support strategic planning efforts.
